What are the next large banks that will fail because of the financial crisis?

I have a friend who is a builder and would like to use me for his mortgage broker. I have no problem finding banks who will do financing for owner occupied builder programs, but nothing for spec homes. A lot of the banks offer spec programs on the retail side, but I’m having trouble finding it wholesale. Thanks! I do know what a spec home is My rep at Indymac said that they only do owner occupied construction, but maybe there is another dept she’s unfamiliarr with? I’ll ask her again. Thanks!

My sister became a bank teller at age 17. I am 16 (2 months short of 17) and was wondering if most common banks hire at 16, or is it just a waste of my time calling each bank? I don’t want to feel stupid if they say Sorry hun you need to be older. And I’m talking about branches such as PNC, COMMERCE, and VALLEY NATIONAL. So if anyone has some insight, let me know!

Are the banks operating some form of cartel relating to charges for unauthorised overdrafts?
