In order to approach women correctly, you need to overcome your own approach anxiety. So what does it take to do that properly? You need to make sure you are not so focused on the outcome and that you will be satisfied so long as you completed the process involved in the approach.

I know this sounds like I am encouraging unproductive pickups, but us men use logic too much when we think. But if you ever analyzed the reason as to why men are afraid to approach women, you’ll find that it is because men are afraid of not achieving the desired results. Us guys simply give too much thought about the outcome, such as being potentially rejected.

If you change the way you think and just think to yourself so long you complete an approach properly, then you’re a success, it will make things a lot easier for you. This removes the outcome based approach and you will no longer be afraid of rejection, because well, the very act of you approaching is a success to you! If you get a date, that is a great bonus!

If you just focus on the process, you will remove a lot of self limiting beliefs imposed by yourself due to your goal orientated nature, then you’ll start getting a lot more success. Once you change the focus to the process and not the outcome, you’ll succeed a lot more because you have no pressure.

Do not dwell on the OUTCOME and focus on the PROCESS instead!

There is no need to make things more difficult for yourself when you’re having trouble already.
